Payment system
Automatic payment system: our purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, so the address is understood at Paseo Matutino 17 1ºe 36860 Ponteareas - Pontevedra, +34 604 066 766.
All prices include the corresponding VAT in the European Community except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Payments can be made by Credit Card, through Paypal or by Bank Transfer (option valid only EU).
All forms of payment offered on the website are prior to shipping the purchased products.
Payment by credit card
The POS system used, belonging to Banco Sabadell and Redsys, allows you to pay for your purchases by Credit Card with the maximum guarantees and tranquility, thanks to its Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code security systems.
Payments through Paypal
WE PLAY METAL also offers the payment service through the Paypal platform. Paypal is a well-known and widely used payment method in electronic media and buying and selling transactions worldwide. The main characteristic is that it grants absolute security in the purchase made by electronic means to both the buyer and the seller. Due to these security measures and complexity of the purchase process through Paypal, purchases made using this method will be increased by 4%.
Payments by Bank Transfer
To make the payment, a bank transfer must be made for the purchase amount to one of the following bank accounts:

Security and privacy
All your data will be processed in accordance with the terms of Organic Law 5/1992 of October 29 (Organic Law on Regulation of Authorized Treatment of Personal Data).
The data you provide us have two treatments:
Personal and shipping data: They are incorporated into a file to process your orders and shipments and inform you of the best offers and news from WE PLAY METAL. If you want to be deleted or modify your data in our file, please send us an email with your request and your ID to the email account hello@weplaymetal.com
Your credit card details: They will be treated with a secure protocol, solely and exclusively by your bank, since we have online POS payment.
Returns: For possible product returns you must contact our offices at the email hello@weplaymetal.com indicating the reason for the return, within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the delivery of the product, otherwise from WE PLAY METAL no refund can be accepted.
As they are consumer products in most cases, WE PLAY METAL will only accept returns of products sold that have a manufacturing defect.
For possible product returns you can also contact our offices on the phone: +34 604 066 766 indicating the reason for the return.
In the case of returns, the cost corresponding to the transport of said return will be charged, discounting it from the amount to be returned. For returns for possible malfunctions in the products, a period of seven days is established from the date of delivery of the equipment to make the corresponding claim. Within this period, the exchange for a new equipment will be carried out free of charge. The rest of the equipment will be collected free of charge to be reviewed by our technical service and will be returned to the customer as soon as possible free of charge.
